REAL PEOPLE

VOLUNTEERS

We rely on a myriad of people from all walks of life at the café - from regular weekly volunteers, one-time volunteers, or those who volunteer in return for a meal. Volunteers serve to keep things ‘cooking’.

PARTNERSHIPS

Community is at the heart of what we do. We partner with local groups to give and receive support, sharing meals with foster families and providing food to women’s and children’s homes.

COOKING CLASSES

Everyone is invited to enjoy a home-style meal made with love—no matter their budget. Meal tokens can be purchased to share with others or donate to the café.

We provide an opportunity to connect with old or new friends through a variety of cooking classes for individuals to learn new skills or hone existing skills and enjoy the fruits of their learning.

FOOD TRUCK

EMPLOYABLE SKILLS

There is no better way to learn than working alongside someone with more experience. Multiple partner organizations bring their clients into our kitchen to learn different food service skills to enhance their job opportunities.

The Food Truck takes our mission on the road, bringing fresh, delicious meals directly into the community. Whether at a neighborhood gathering or a local event, everyone is welcome at our window.
