Fork Real Community Café invites you to an evening of food, fun, and community at our annual Chef’s Dinner Auction. This event is a celebration of culinary creativity and connection, featuring local chefs, exclusive dining experiences, and the opportunity to support Fork Real’s mission to strengthen the community through food and education.

PROGRAM DETAILS

Social Hour & Meet the Chefs (5:00 – 6:00 PM): Sample signature dishes from our featured chefs and preview the meals available during the live auction.
Program (6:00 – 6:30 PM): Learn more about Fork Real Café’s impact.
Live Auction (6:30 – 7:30 PM): Bid on unique, chef-prepared dinners designed for private gatherings or special occasions.
Closing (7:30 PM): Wrap up an unforgettable evening of food and philanthropy.

Adriana Pingel

Culinary Instructor & Cultural Cuisine Specialist

Adriana Pingel is a culinary expert whose vibrant heritage and lifelong passion for cooking have shaped a career rooted in flavor, tradition, and community. Born in Venezuela to an Italian mother and a Lebanese father, Adriana was immersed from an early age in a rich tapestry of culinary influences. Her childhood home revolved around the kitchen—a place not only for preparing meals but for gathering, storytelling, and celebration.

Deb Baker

Cooking has always been Deb’s happy place, especially when she gets to share meals with her precious family and friends. While she claims to be “far from a professional chef”, she loves experimenting in the kitchen and pouring her heart into every dish. For Deb, food is about connection, laughter, and creating memories around the table.
